Step One

Our interior design time starts with a design consultation.  This where we meet & review the scope of work required. It is a free consult. This time (one hour) is for you & I to discuss your vision.  This time allows you to get to know me & for me to gain an understanding of your style, your wants, needs & your budget. 

 

Step Two

You have decided to hire me for a home decor project.  We will review timelines, project budget, project scope &  determine what materials needed for the project.  I have a contract for you to sign which outlines my hourly rate ( $50.00 per hour).  In the contract is the details of your project requirements & how many hours the project will require my time.  Payment of my fees;  1/2 at the commencement of project & balance due at the end of the project.

 

Step Three

I develop a plan for the project, which you will review & approve.  The plan could be as simple -  as where to purchase home decor furnishings with pricing or a floor plan for the layout of the furnishing for the space or it could be a mood board to help you decide the theme for the space.  Home decor make overs should be creative, joyful & fun.

 

Step Four

Completion of the project is reviewed by you, signed off & final payment is required & completed. 

 

It is important we recognize our environment & the sustainability of our environment.  We can help our environment with recycling, repurposing & upcycling in interior design.  Simple concepts such as a piece of furniture that can be reused differently will be great for the environment as well as your budget.

 

I love helping create a vision someone has dreamed of and seeing the pure pleasure they have when it is completed.
